Because of the laws:hissy: in NC I have been beating my head up against a wall forever. I have a half brother that was born August 28-29, 1971 and placed for adoption through CHS. Due to the fact our mother is still alive and will not sign any kind of consent to even get non iden. info. I don;t even know how much he weighed. After many emails and phone calls I am still spinning my wheels in the sand and still just as frustrated.....

do you know your bm? could you bug her and ask? There are no loopholes since you are both grown? could they contact him and try to get him to sign something? I am so sorry for everything you are feeling right now... I dont know what you're going through but I do know what hell feels like. Know that posts like yours are the reason we had to be sure that our a.p's would allow a relationship between siblings...
