Regarding the Texas Birth Index books, has anyone else noticed that they always seem off one number when it come to matching a birth parent with child in Bexar County? All of the numbers are correct until I get to the last one then it's either a number before or after the one I need. Who thinks it's something Bexar County did as part of the usual adoption trickery???
