NJ County Needs Assessment - Please participate in this survey.

[FONT="Georgia"]I received this information from my local Family Support Organization. Please take the time to fill out this survey and make your comments in the field at the end. It isn't just for foster/adopt families but certainly ALL foster/adopt families should fill out the survey. Think about not only your needs now, but the needs your children may have as they transition into adulthood. The survey linked below is for Hunterdon County. There is a survey for each county. If you haven't received notification of the survey for your county, please contact your local Family Support Organization (FSO) or DCF. Let your voice be heard![/FONT] The NJ Dept of Children & Families (DCF) and Hunterdon County Human Services Advisory Council (HSAC) are conducting a required survey of the needs for various services in the County. This same survey was/ is being used in all Counties of the State and the final report sent to DCF. *EVERY FAMILY SHOULD COMPLETE THIS SURVEY in order for families needs to be known*. Agencies also fill this out and if they are the only ones who respond, we wont get our needs addressed. They need to hear FAMILIES voices! It is available both on Survey Monkey and paper copy.
