Just wondering if any of you have had issues getting the ICPR or the info from it in a timely manner? We got our last placement on 7/31 and still have not received the ICPR. All I have are the case #s. The response I get is that they are having trouble creating it. Is this normal? I already couldn't put that last day of July on my last invoice because I didn't have the info and I only have 8 days left of this month! So I delayed sending in my last invoice too thinking I would get the ICPR soon. So I have had 0 reimbursement yet...:mad:
I haven't, but I know others that have. Do you have the KidTraks online access yet, sometimes it's on there before you get the copy.

I do have access but it is still not available. The FCM emailed me yesterday the billing ID#s at least. I think this is all I still need.
