My mother gave birth to a baby girl on July 24, 1964 at Providence Hospital in Detroit. The baby's birth name was Ann Marie. She would be my half-sister.

Some additional information: Your birth mother stayed in the Sarah Fisher Home for Unwed Mothers. The adoption was handled through Catholic Social Services and the caseworker was Lois McOsker.
Besides myself (your half brother), you have another half brother and a half sister. Your birth mother and us half siblings would love to make contact.

Some more information: I know that the adoption was handled through Catholic Services of Macomb County.
The adoptive mother had a nursing degree and had a position as an industrial nurse for about 9 years before adopting "Ann Marie." Also, the adoptive mother's own mother died from TB when she was 2 years old and the adoptive mother's father died in a car accident a year later.
The adoptive father was a master baker at one point, but may have changed careers. He also apparently enjoyed working on automobiles.
