My husband and I are licensed and live in Washington but are trying to get custody of a relative in Missouri. We are having difficulty with lack of communication with our relative's social worker and her supervisor. At this point, we need to get someone else involved...who would be the next person up on the ladder and how can we find their contact information? TIA
It should be the program director. You should be able to look up the number to that office online, call the main number, and ask for the program director.

You can also type in MO DSS GOV into your browser to get to the web site. On the web site you can type in whatever the county is...like Jackson County foster care.
It should bring up a list of names and titles for you.
I agree, try with the county's local director first. If that does not work, you could contact the state director in Jefferson City. If that still doesn't work, contact the Office of Child Advocate. Their website is oca.mo.gov.
