To send an email to a state employee, isn't the email address first name.last name@dcf.state.nj.us?
I don't understand why the emails are not going through!!!
Is there a directory of state employees and their email addresses?

Yes, that's the e-mail address formula - THough we've found some workers use their maiden names even after they've gotten married, just for safety reasons. Plus if t's a common name they may have to use some variation if there's more than one person in the system. If it's an important matter, CC their supervisor (or call them directly to ask for the email address). I don't know of any directory.
