Does anyone have a copy of IRS Letter 886-H-Adopt-0 ? This may also be called "Adoption Documentation Requirements." My caseworker swears we got this letter but I say we did not. We got copies of 886-H-Adopt-1 but not 886-H-Adopt-0. I could find references to this form on the IRS website or by Googling for it but I could not find the form itself. I need a really good idea of what is spelled out on this form. I would really appreciate anyone's help.
