Hello , we are just beginning the process and are clueless and seem to be having trouble reaching people in their office over the phone...........anxious to begin but needing some questions answered and no one seems to be at work at DSS anyone else doing foster to adopt and having this issue?

I know you said you are just starting, but where are you in the process? How far have you gotten? The hubby and I are recently licensed to foster and should have our pre-placement assessment approved on Monday:dance: So I can give you lots of insight this far, but, beyond that, it is still a mystery to us too!
