Help with agencies/facilitators

Hi! I am new to this forum. DH and I have been trying for a year and a half and are currently undergoing infertility treatment. Now looking at adoption. We know there is a difference between facilitators and agencies and some of it depends what state you live in (we live in VA). We looked at some local agencies but the wait time was so much longer so we are willing to spend more to go with a national agency. Currently, we are looking at

1) American Adoptions

2) Independent Adoption Center

3) AdoptHelp

If anyone has any advice, words of wisdom, or recommendations for other agencies or avenues we should consider, I would greatly appreciate the info.
