2/15/1971 Baby Girl with little to go on

I have very little to go on, so any help is much appreciated. I'm told I was born on Feb 15, 1971, in NC. My non identifying info says that my birth mother was around 23 and birth father was around 25. Both of her parents were deaf. She had another baby girl about a year after I was born, but she died of leukemia when she was about 9. Then she had another daughter in the early or mid 1980's, but I'm not sure of the exact year. I'm working on getting the exact information from the CHS. I'll update the information when I get it.
