Repost - Anyone in NC interested in having their OBC?

If you do, please contact the NC Coalition for Adoption Reform (NCCAR). This organization was been instrumental in the passage of the Confidential Intermediary (CI) Program in NC, as well as the expansion of this program to allow siblings, 1/2 siblings and others to use the program. If the organization has enough interest, they may go back with legislation and try to get the Original Birth Certificate for adult adoptees in 2015. That may seem like a lifetime away but when it comes to organizing how to do go about the legislation it is not.
