I chose adoption over abortion on so many levels. I found out I was pregnant and I was very young, already had 2 kids, and going through a divorce. I believe there are people on this earth who can have babies but for whatever reason cannot take care of them. Then there are other people who can take care of babies/children but can't physically have them. I believe my pregnancy was a gift to someone. At the time I got pregnant, I was heavy into making some bad decisions. Finding out I was pregnant actually saved my life. So I guess I just paid it forward. He saved my life, so I saved his. I was homeless, didn't have my other 2 kids (another long story for another time, things have changed now and I have all my kids and a great family, etc...) I am thankful this has happened. I am glad he is searching for (and found) me. Hopefully we will chat soon. A flood of emotions for reals, but I am trying to come to terms with everything. And that is why I chose adoption over abortion. Corny? perhaps... True? Definitely! Ronney
