Greetings forum
As a legal guardian to my niece I am trying to get health insurance for her. My job health benefits has denied her. What do I need to do to get health insurance for her. She is 13 with no health related issues. State of California is also being difficult to deal with in getting her health benefits. I just can't afford out of pocket health insurance for her. There must be something I can do to get her coverage. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated..

I am certainly not an expert, but I would think you would be able to get her insurance. In our area, you can get the info through the county, hospitals, schools, etc. You might even try calling 2-1-1, which provides information about all kinds of services. Good luck and keep trying until you find something.
