We have our first case plan. The goal on the letter is: undetermined Whatever that means. It will be our first time seeing our daughter since she left. The last report I got was she still did not want to come home. I do not know what current status is. They moved her to a new foster home and it is a pastor's home so it's probably as strict as ours. But it's two hours away so this RAD child will have to start over with a new therapy team if they don't let her come home. Do we even want her home? i don't know. I would say it's highly unlikely they would take her and start her in school and let her come home three weeks later. We still don't have our child support figure. Only that it will be between $600 and $800 but our lovely court appointed attorney won't get her butt in gear. So please pray for our entire family at 1:00 PM tomorrow. We are bringing her aunt, her bio sister and bio brother. It could give her a jolt or could make her feel ganged up on and backfire.

I think bringing her family will look good to the court.
Wishing you all of the best for a painless and quick resolution.
She is 17. It went awful. She did not speak to us. The foster family is fooled by the RAD kid. They want to get her her drive'rs license and the foster dad totally undermined us at every turn. They would not tell us why she didnt want to come home or anything.

So sorry things went so badly. Of course she will eventually show herself to them as well, but that's of little consolation at this point. We never made it to that point, but I do know how you are feeling, and pray you are able to move on and find peace on the matter sooner rather than later...
I'm so sorry that she seems to have fooled the foster family. Hopefully the records of her behaviours while with you, and from before you adopted her will convince the right people of what is really going on.
