Yearly paperwork

Do we have to submit annual paperwork for our adoption subsidy? I've read that some states do it yearly, some every 5 years, etc.

If so, do the papers get mailed to us?

I asked the same question not long ago. I found a copy of the paperwork from 2010, but I know we haven't gotten anything since then. I was thinking they were going to be doing it every year, but we never received anything!
