Adoptee in Search of Birth Mother

I don't know a lot of information because it was a closed adoption, but I'm desperately trying to find my birth mother. This is what I do know. I was born in Providence Rhode Island on June 6, 1988. My birth mother's name is Jennifer and I believe my birth father's name is Brian. I was name Nicole Judy. I do not know the last name. My adoption was handled by the DSS in Brockton MA. I was adopted around the age of 6 weeks to Paul and Laura. Jennifer, I'm happy. I have my own family now. You have a grandson name Brayden Michael who was born September 2012. I have an amazing boyfriend, Brian. I am doing really well. I'd love to get in contact with you. As happy as I am, I've always kind of been missing something.
