Search for Washington Branch Director

Bethany Christian Services is seeking its next Washington Branch Director who will provide dynamic leadership in planning, managing and directing its staff and operations within Washington and Oregon. From its office in Seattle, Washington, the new Branch Director will ensure that programs, operations, staff and resources are in place to provide high quality, effective services to include adoption, foster care, counseling and other child welfare/family preservation to those in the region. The Branch Director is responsible for working closely with the Board of Directors in the creation and implementation of the branchs strategic plan, as well as its marketing and resource development efforts to ensure overall branch financial health. Reporting to the Bethany Christian Services Regional Director, s/he will strive to the end goal of actively advancing the agencyҒs mission and vision that every child has a loving familyӔ.

Essential qualifications and experience will include:
-MSW or related MA/MS degree which meets state licensing standards.
-In possession of, or eligible to obtain, professional licensure or registration to meet state requirements is preferred.
-Five years of experience in social work or a related field, with a minimum of two years in successful management, supervisory, program development and administrative roles, including budget development and management.
-Demonstrated excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
-Entrepreneurial attitude and demonstrated networking skills
-Subscription to the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement and Cultural Diversity Commitment and ability to integrate this into daily work.
