Hello,I am searching for My Birth Mother And Siblings or any family that would know anything. I was born in Angeles City Philippines between Dec-January 1968. From what i was told i was found by a mechanic that worked for a Doctor with the last name Garcia. In Angeles City Philippines. I was severely malnourished and only a few days old. The doctor could not afford to keep me. My adoptive parents Gloria Julio Cramer from the Philippines, and Robert Cramer in the Air force stationed at Clark Air Base, rented a small apartment from the Dr.Garcia and they took me in. A huge piece of my life is missing. I just want to find my family. I am desperately trying to find my family. I was told my birth mother had other children.
