Need help in Texas

My brother was born Shane Michael Fitzgerald at John Sealy Hospital in Galveston, Texas on January 29, 1972.

We have non-id info.

We have 2 possible mother's names: either Jane Ellen Fitzgerald or Jane Evelyn Fitzgerald.

We believe mother's DOB is January 30, 1953.

Have found both these women through internet searches, but no current contact info.

Can someone help us with this?
