Looking for birth sister born June 9, 1981 in Indiana

sibling born June 9, 1981 in IndianaPlease Help If You Know Anything About This Info..or if it sounds familiar to you ....We now have a REAL BIRTHDATE for his sister.We are looking for a girl born in Indiana in 1981.We are sure of the birthdate now it is June 9,1981, seen a picture of girl and on the back was her birthdate. We have been told many different names so not sure which one she was given at birth. She may have been named Breann, Breanna, Heather, Rachel, ?? Greene(but could be wrong about the first name). Born somewhere near Lafayette or Monticello Indiana. She has a Older brother who was born in 1979. Mother has hard time talking about it so we are doing this alone and Not comming up with much. Birth-father is unknown to us at this point. Lots of helpful info but No real leads. We are unable to get a birth certificate for her because we are unsure on how or where to start with getting it without stirring up hard feelings or hurting anyones feelings.
