Kern County-Which is best Agency Or County?

We are fostering to adopt.

Preferences:

Bi/Multi Racial Newborn (0 to 2 months old)

My friend went through Legacy Behavioral to adopt all 3 of her kids. The 1st was placed right from the hospital, 2nd was 9 months & 3rd was 4 months.

My husband and I were thinking of going with Legacy as well but was wondering if there were any other FP out there that might have some good information on the County VS Legacy.

I went with Kern Bridges over the county. I really liked all the support services they offer. They can do all the classes privately so they are flexible. I love that i have multiple people I can call at any time. I was, and am, very happy with them. The adoption support group is great!
