I'm helping a friend of mine and his mother find his brother and her son. No name on him, but he was born 10/25/1985 at Charleston Naval Hospital in North Charleston, SC. Birth mother's name is Shirley Eldridge and he was adopted in GA. Can anyone tell me where to start even? lol I'm not sure where I should even begin. :)
