my name is jacqueline kelley gave birth to Tamara Juanita Kelley janurary 5, 1989.. in st francis hospital in tulsa ok. at age of 3 months was taken from me by dept of human services, parental rights were terminated in 91, I believe she was adopted by foster parents Dorothy Ramey, or Ramsey.. unsure which but sure of the first name. think dorothys husbands name was fred. I have been searching for years now and she would be 24 as of date. probably has blonde hair and blue eyes cause she did last time i saw her. If anyone knows her, please tell her im looking for her and im desperate to find her ..i have alot of medical problems and she needs to know her medical past as well and she has a sister and brother that want to meet her, and sadly my time is limited on this earth due to illness and thats all i want is to see her tell her i love her, hold her in my arms, and tell her the truth to what happened, and then i can go in peace,but spending the last of my days with her.
