Totally new to this process. I need to get a homestudy done, and am looking at adopting out of state, Oregon probably. Was wondering if anyone else has done the same? Or can reccomend an angency that does out of state adoption homestudys?

The receiving state does the home study, so it would be done in California. If you go with Foster Family Agency that will give you the option of all the kids on Adoption photolisting and out of state heart galleries. I'd need to know your county to recommend an FFA.

so the children I am looking at adopting have to be on that website adoption photolisting? I am in the Riverside County
