BF looking for son

I have a son somewhere who should be around 29-30 I was kept in the dark on his birth and the BM and her family refused to tell me anything. All I know is that he was born in the Houston, TX area and given up for adoption. I don't know his date of birth or even if he was given a name at birth. I also doubt she put my name on the birth certificate. From what I was told he was adapted from birth (maybe even her parents who lived in the Dayton, TX area, last name Seay, I think). I have asked the BM's sister and others several times and no one will help me, tried to find the parents house in Dayton with no luck. Her sister did tell me he had red hair like me. With so little information it has made it impossible for me to find him. The BM name is Billie Jo, she had other children but I was told she lost them to CPS a few years later.
