i need help

I need help. I am from sault ste marie ontario canada and for the longest time (since i was real young) i've had this memory and dream about a brother and sister that i don't even know. My last dream i was about 3-5 years old and i am in a room with bunk beds. I am on the bottom bunk and my sister who would have been 7 or 8 years old is on the top and we are talking and then my brother who is about 10 or 11 in my dream is standing in our door way. i don't know what we are talking about or anything like that and i can't ask anyone my family. could i have been adopted or kidnapped? i don't want to think that but i don't know what to do. if anyone has any suggestions could you please help me?
