I am looking for my birth mother, Linda Jean Parks, who I know was born in Taylorville, Illinois and was 19 when I was born on 2/18/66 in Springfield, Illinois.
My birth fathers information was not listed on the original birth certificate.
I would respect either of their decisions if they would be willing to exchange information, but not willing to meet. My intention is not to upset families I would expect that they have gone on to have.
May GOD bless everyone on their searches, I know he will place this in my path if it is meant to happen.

If you haven't already tried ancestry.com, take a look over there. Parks is a pretty common last name, so there's a LOT of information to sift through, but you just might find a detail or a starting point there.I found it particularly helpful to look at the photos there - the yearbook pictures. That was the first place I found my birth mother - in her 1969 yearbook photo on ancestry.com. Worth a look if you haven't checked there already...?Good luck.
