Looking for Half Sister

I have posted this before so I hope I am not "breaking any rules" by posting again but I am hoping that I will receive information that will help me find my half sister.

I am looking for my sister (half sister) who would have been born on or around March 16, 1970 in Buffalo NY at Sister Of Charity Hospital.

Must be so frustrating not being able to find her. :( I hope you do though, lots of luck, and prayers to you friend! I hope you find her soon and you two are reunited.
