Possible RAD

I adopted my Son in Russia in 2004 he was 17 months old. He is 8 years old now and has major learning disabilities. He never bonded with his Dad, they fight as soon as they see each other.He reasantly was diagnosed with ADHD. I have been doing a bunch of reading and feel that he has alot of the RAD symptoms. I guess what I am asking is there anybody in this group that could referr me to a Doctor in San Diego, Ca that deals with specifically children that came from Russian Orphanages. Any help would be appriciated
