I understand that this thread is a bit old, but did you make any progress with your independent adoption within Uganda ?

I was not able to complete the independent adoption in time for the new laws to take effect. I am working on some other adoption related projects and hopefully will still be able to adopt in the near future.

Have you adopted from Uganda?
