4-18-68 girl looking for birth family in NJ

Im looking for my birth family. I was born on April 19, 1968, in northeast New Jersey. My birth mother was 24 years old and single when she had me. IҒve been looking for a long time with no leads and I really need to know where I came from and my medical history. I was adopted through Catholic Charities out of Paterson, NJ. More than that, Id like to thank my birth mother and her family for giving me the opportunity for a great life. I would never want to impose on anyone or their family, but should there be someone out there, who may know something, please get in contact with me!
