Just an update, 33355018 Ssgt George H Deiter 329th Quartermaster Depot Company, Born1910 Died 1955, 50 years of searching in total come to an end, if my mother had given me the name 20 years ago when I found her, it would still have been too late. Have met the family and gained a new Brother and Sister.
So all you guys out there searching, don't ever give up, I started in Bristol England with just a name for my mother when I was 13 years old and here we are 50+ years later having found her with my two sisters in AZ and my fathers grave in PA plus another Brother and Sister down in Florida. And all that despite the obstruction that was placed in my way until my Mother died and I was given my fathers name.
