what do you call the day you bring your foster/adopt child home?

I call it "The Day My Life Changed, Forever!" Because it is so close to her birthday, I was placed with Li'l Singer when she was three days old, I will probably keep that my day to celebrate. However, it will always be part of her story, but we will celebrate her birthday and finalization.
