Who am I? Born in Pittsburgh, PA on 02-10-65

:confused: I was raised by wonderful adoptive parents in Erie, PA but carried feelings of detachment, fear, and self-doubt throughout my life. Despite those feelings, I always resisted searching for my biological parents out of fear of causing them undue stress. But as I near 50 years of age, I feel an increasing urgency to try to discover my true identity. I know nothing about my birth mother beyond being told that she changed her mind about the adoption several times before finally making the decision to give me up. Of my biological father, I know absolutely nothing. Help me find the missing pieces of the puzzle that is me. Any info is greatly appreciated.
