Which agency do you prefer?

We are looking to adopt an infant domestically and have talked to a couple agencies, including the Adoption Network Law Center. With so many agencies to choose from, it's hard to make a decision. I'm wondering if you have any recommendations good/bad or experiences you would not mind sharing about any agency we might want to consider? We were about ready to go with ANLC, but have read some things that have made us wonder if we should continue seeking out other agencies first.
