Looking for birth mother,I was born 29/12/75

Hi, I am seeking to find my birth mother,I was born in the UK on 29/12/75 in St Mary's Hospital London.... I know she is American however they were living abroad when she got pregnant & came to the UK to have me.... All very complicated,my mums surname is Ledbetter.
