ISO my brother adopted by a local family. Born in Columbia, PA. We were told they would keep his first name the same. He was born 9/13 or 9/14/1984. Birth Mother's name is Margie L. Forrey. Father was not listed, but is Thomas K. Peters Jr. He was adopted as a baby. We were also told they would tell him of the adoption. Please help me find my only full blood sibling! tamivw@gmail.com
