searching for adopted brother DOB 1/15/1971 in Rome,NY

I am looking for my half brother who was born in rome,ny at rome hospital on jan 15 1971 at 2:32 pm. his current adopted name is Daniel g McLellan, and his last known location was in the Albany/Saratoga area. his last known username on some forums was masterchef787, at one time his user name was tractortwins; he is supposed to be a master chef at a restaurant. please help me find him!
