This process seems to have taken for ever and now that our homestudy has been submitted for approval I feel more impatient than ever! Our LW said it takes about 6 weeks to get the license approved but processing times can change so often. I just can't wait to get to the end of this and have kids in our home, although it is sad given the reasons they will have to come to us. It also doesn't help that I work in the same building as the CPS offices and constantly see the case workers bringing the kids in and FP bringing kids for visits and the bios tend to do their unsupervised visits in the lobby. Talk about majorly in my face! I have nothing left to do or buy so I am just waiting and going crazy lol. :grr:

Just try to be patient! It'll happen when it happens :)
Also, you'll get many calls from the licensing worker (once you're licensed) for available children and you'll wait all day to hear back about that.. and never hear! It's a waiting game, and this is only the beginning of the waiting!
