After a year and a half of waiting we finally met our baby today! He is almost two and just perfect for us. He will be moving in next week!!
He has some delays that are pretty noticeable but I think he has a lot of room for growth. He's happy and sweet as can be! I'm already in love with him and he really took to my husband! I'm going to need some advice on caring for his hair. He is AA and I don't have any experience in taking care of AA hair. It's kind of a mess right now and needs some attention.

I had a convo with my hubby the other night about AA kiddos and I said I didn't know how to do their hair! :woohoo: Can't believe there is someone out there who had the same thought lol. If it were me (and someday might be!) I would ask a hairdresser for info. My girl is a genius and if she didn't know, she is connected enough to find me someone that would. Maybe you can watch youtube videos??
