ISO half brother, born in San Diego 2/5/1969?

I recently found out my mother gave up my half brother for adoption. He was born around 2/5/1969 and is believed to be biracial. The info I have from SD County Child Services list him as Thomas Slempa. He was adopted by a caucasion family with a daughter. I was an only child and would give anything to meet my brother and know how he is doing. My mother's maiden name is Kurz, her name at the time was Marie Slempa.

Update on my search. Looked through the papers my mother had and my half brother was born on 2/4/1969 at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego. His name was Boy Slempa and they called him Thomas at the orphanage. He was adopted officially adopted in the spring of 1970.
