worth a shot?

Hey all! This week is the 1 year mark from when we were in St. Pete's meeting our little nugget. Sadly, he's still one of the "stuck" and his sweet face is still found on the database. Is there anyone out there (individual or agency) from an eligible European country that could help him find a forever family? I just keep desparately praying that one day I won't see his beautiful brown eyes staring back at me...I won't post anything about him, but I don't see where PMing the info I have could hurt him anymore... If this post needs to be removed, I understand. I just had to try.
