looking for half brother born 11-9-1956

I am looking for my half brother who was born 11-9-1956His mother's name was Donna Freiburg. He was born at St. Joseph's hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mother and child then transferred to the Catholic Charities home in Winona, Minnesota in Nov of 1956. He was adopted out of Catholic charities in August of 1957. My father, Peter D. Buol was his father, but paternity was never established at that time, so we are at a dead end getting into the files at Catholic Charities. My brother was named Jeffrey at the time of his birth. His birth mother died in 1969. She had married and had 3 children. Her name at the time of her death was Donna Kaye Miller. She lived in Kellogg, Minnesota. My name is Pam wolter.
