I wonder if anyone can help please. I was born in London in dec, 1954 and was handed over for adoption. I know I lived with my birth mother in a place called Amhurst lodge, Amhurst road, Ealing, London which was a mother & baby unit at the time. My birth mother was called Pauline Mary Smith and worked as a canteen assistant at the time. If anyone either knows her, or knows something about her, please reply.
