I'm looking for assistance to receive my birth mothers name and her mothers name. I'm not sure if my bio dad's name is listed also ( I so very much would like to know ). My concern is medical history. I have had certain medical issues that changed my life and my doctors have stated these are hereditary. My memory has declined as well as my articulation. I also was told I'm American Indian and would like to learn where I came from. I have always wondered all this information since I was a young child (my parents never hid that I was adopted). Now that I'm 43 it has become much more important. I was torn to look and I just felt I was betraying my mother. I could never purposely make my mom sad. When I finally spoke to my mom she gave me thumbs up and handed me as much info she had at the time of adoption.
Please anyone's help will be greatly appreciated
