So on our checklist for the state (SC) and their paperwork we are supposed to provide 1-2 pictures each of our home and family. Our family consists of my husband, me, our daughter and our dog. Should we also include places we like to go/spend time at? We could take a picture of the neighborhood pool/park, activities we like to do, etc. I've heard both schools of thought but I'm not sure. We have an email into our adoption worker to see what she suggests.

Provide exactly what they ask for, and then create a family book. It really is a fun and creative way to pass the waiting time, and your worker may appreciate having something more to show the kiddos. We have a book that shows the house, the neighborhood the schools, yada, yada, yada. Anything that would make where they are going a little less scary. If you were going to be taken someplace unknown, Anything that could make it feel a little more familiar would likely be a blessing. Just my two cents worth :-)
