I keep deleting the reported post, but since there is no user name I can't figure out how to ban the user. I have been doing the hard delete because I don't want the e-mail address still showing up. How do we get rid of this person?

I think it's gone cause I did the full delete, since the soft delete wold have left the title and the email address. I am sure there will be another. I will send that one to you and only do a soft delete.

This post, isn't the same poster, but it's doing the same thing, instead of a user name, it's showing the email address. Post #3.

Their username is their email address, so i just put the email address in the user name when I am trying to find them. I have pm here and told her it needs to be changed.

But, you can't click on it like you can with a normal user name, That's not a new user. She's been here, but had a normal user name so it's strange because it says N/a next to how many posts they have.

I figured that, and that's what I told the person above. Just stinks that it happened to the stammer so I couldn't ban her.
