Starting a group home?? BTDT??

My husband and I have been licensed for 8 years and have had approximately 32 kids over those 8 years. We are tossing around the idea of doing a higher capacity/group home in our area. The need for homes is high so filling it won't be an issue. We have found an amazing house in our area with property that we can use for a small working ranch.... Anyone BTDT?? Thoughts, advice....any help is appreciated. We would be licensed under our current agency. Thanks!!
