help in contacting

Hello, since several years I am helping a german friend (who speaks only little english) to find her half-sister, who was adopted as a baby by an american soldier couple. By now we are sure about the name and the town (Las Vegas), but the adresses and numbers on Intelius and other services are old. But she has a Mylife-account. Unfortunately we get no Mylife-account in Europe. So we are looking for help on this forum: Who can help us to get the first contact by mylife.com? We don't know, if this half-sister knows about her adoption-history, but it is also possible, that she is waiting for clearness about her birth-family. The first contact should be formulated very carefully and there we also hope for the experience of a search-angel.
